Bishop Collection of Thumb Rings going to auction

The Willard E. Bishop collection of thumb rings is scheduled for auction at an on-line auction from 3/18 at 9 am to 3/22 at 2 pm. It comprised some 143 rings and over half are jade.

Will was a past president of the SAA -- I've been told.

His book collection, which was sizable, wound up at the Easton Sports Foundation library.
